I hated waiting.

Waiting in line to get my hair done. Walking into a salon that was already full of people, sitting around waiting for their turn — even though I had booked an appointment.

To me, it never made sense.

That question became the beginning of A studios.

My name is Amar Cama, and I am the founder of A Studios. From a young age, I have always had a passion for making people feel good about themselves. I wanted to create a place where getting your hair done felt different — more personal, more relaxed, and more professional.

That is why I decided not to create another traditional hair salon or barbershop.

I created a studio.
